Classic Appraisal Services was founded in 1993 by Daniel Hale and has served clients from all around the United States. We have three full time certified appraisers who appraise residential property in Rockingham & Strafford counties New Hampshire and York county, Maine.

Daniel Hale (Owner/Certified Appraiser NH & ME) 
BA Graduate from University of New Hampshire in 1983. Has been appraising Real Estate since 1987.

Elizabeth W. Brown (Certified Appraiser NH & ME)
BA Graduate from Plymouth State College in 1985. She has been appraising since 1983.

Bernice Bunker (Certified Appraiser NH)
BS Graduate from the University of New Hampshire in 1975.  She has been appraising since 1989.
